the 15th of each month.
Unpaid bills after the due
date will have a surcharge
of 10% of the total amount

If bills
for "Package Users" remained
unpaid for two consecutive
months, DCL reserves the
right to disconnect the
services offered with
immediate effect without
prejudice whatsoever. |

"Prepaid
Users" have the option to
only restrict their account
to a specific CallerID. |

Once
activated, your Prepaid Card
credit is valid for a period
of 60 days. |
