To use our prepaid service, one will
need an installation kit to
configure his/her PC and access DCL
Internet Server. The installation
kit is supplied in the form of a CD
with a certain amount of free
Internet usage time to allow the
user to activate his/her account.
The starter pack CD contains a
browser enabling the first time user
to surf the Internet. Additional
useful tools and tips are also
provided. The CD is menu driven and
once installed, the PC will be
automatically configured for instant
access to the Internet and allows
user to enter his/her personal
details including the username and
password to be used. At a certain
point, users will be prompted to
enter PIN Code and Password provided
through the SmartNet Internet
prepaid card.
Once the starter pack is installed
and the account activated, the user
will be able to enjoy connectivity
service until the same account
expires.
To replenish a user’s account, the
latter will need to purchase SmarNet
Internet Card and follow
instructions as per tools provided
in « MY ACCOUNT » on his browser. He
or she simply needs to enter his/her
PIN CODE and PASSWORD found under
the scratchable silver layer of the
SmartNet Card.
Any value remaining outstanding at
the time of replenishing an active
account will be automatically added
to that of the newly inserted value
from the card.
